Our Mediation Venues

We have access to hundreds of mediation venues across the country.  Our venues are smart modern professional offices with all the facilities you would expect to be on hand in order to carry out effective mediation.

We appreciate that the right venue is an important feature of the mediation.  Our mediation suites are based in modern, professional business environments with the business services you would expect on hand including telephones, faxes and internet access where possible.  Mediation sessions can be long, lasting usually between five to ten hours and we recognise how important it is that the party’s rooms are as comfortable as possible to facilitate the negotiations. Where possible our venues may provide for meeting rooms on different floors of the building to ensure confidentiality and privacy.

Typically, there are three rooms used in mediation.  A main room used by the mediator to prepare and join the parties in joint meetings and a private room for each party where they may also have individual meetings with the mediator during the course of the mediation. Whatever your requirements are we will do our best to accomodate you. If you have any specific requirements including access requirements please notify us when making your enquiry so that we can assist in making any necessary arrangements.
